Where does Hoy No Circula apply?
The program is mandatory in all mayors of Mexico City and in the following municipalities of the State of Mexico:

-Cuautitlán
-Cuautitlán Izcalli
-Chalco
-Chimalhuacan
-Chicoloapan
-Ecatepec
-Huixquilucan
-Ixtapaluca
-La Paz
-Naucalpan
-Nezahualcóyotl
-Nicolas Romero
-Tecámac
-Tlalnepantla
-Tultitlán
-Chalco Valley
In addition, from July 1, 2025, the measure also applies to:
-Toluca
-Santiago Tianguistenco
In these municipalities, the restriction operates from Monday to Saturday for vehicles with holograms 1 and 2, and the fines began to apply from January 1, 2026.
