The Seibo commemorates the 213 years of the birth of Juan Pablo Duarte

Civil authoritiesmilitary and educational El Seibo province They participated this Monday in the commemorative events of the 213th anniversary of the birth of the Dominican hero and father of the country, Juan Pablo Duarte and Ten.

The patriotic day began with a civic march that started from Provincial Government to the Santa Cruz church, in which they participated students from different educational centers, who paraded to the rhythm of music performed by musical bands, in an atmosphere of civility and respect for national symbols.

The participants

Present on the tour were the provincial governor, Magali Tabar from Goicothe mayor of the main municipality, Leo Francis Zorrilla Ramosas well as representatives of the Fire Department, the National Police and other local authorities.

The purpose of the activity was to highlight the life, work and legacy of Juan Pablo Duartereaffirming the values ​​of patriotismhonesty and civic commitment that characterized the founder of the Dominican Republic.

With these acts, the El Seibo province joins the celebrations carried out throughout the country to honor the memory of the patrician and strengthen the national identity.
