Ordinance that limits hours in special turns in Huancayo remains stagnant

Ordinance that limits hours in special turns in Huancayo remains stagnant

Councilor Misael Quispe warned that the ordinance to regulate special drafts is stalled in the municipal Executive.

Although the councilors already delivered their proposals two sessions ago, the departments of Transit and Transportation, Economic Promotion and Citizen Security have not yet presented the technical support to prevent the rule from falling into “bureaucratic barriers.”

The proposal proposes that nightclubs operate only from 6:00 pm to 2:00 am “Outside these hours there should be no sale of alcoholic beverages in these establishments,” the councilor detailed.

Likewise, restaurants that sell liquor as an accompaniment would have a limit of 11:00 pm to prevent them from distorting their business.

“The outcry of the population is imminent before university classes begin,” Quispe finished.
