Hidrocapital reported that it will temporarily suspend the drinking water service in various parishes of Caracas, Miranda state and La Guaira due to a maintenance operation in the Tuy III Production System, one of the main sources of supply for the capital region.
Through a statement published on its social networks, the hydrological company indicated that the optimization work will begin on Monday, January 26 and that the water supply will be intermittent for a period of 24 hours due to technical work on the infrastructure.
The notification does not specifically detail which parishes or sectors will be affected by the measure, which has generated concern among users and communities that depend on the service for their basic daily activities.
