The Institutional Control Body (OCI) of the Provincial Municipality of Tacna sent a document to the provincial mayor Pascual Güisa Bravo to adopt the actions he deems necessary for the correct and efficient management of the resources, assets and operations of the entity under his charge.
The requirement was formalized by Official Letter No. 000084-2026-CG/OC0472 dated January 19, 2026. It is noted that from the review of the documentation published in ProInversión regarding the project “Improvement and expansion of the local citizen security service in the district of Tacna” situations have been identified that require clarification.
Inconsistency in signatures
It is noted that in the selection process No. 003-2025-CE-MPT for the hiring of a private company in charge of execution, there would be an inconsistency in the signatures of the members of the special committee (Juan Corrales, Jesús Lombardi and Yasmany Arohuanca).
The same applies to the members of the special committee in the selection process No. 004-2025-CE-MPT for the hiring of the private supervisory company. The OCI, in the document that entered the MUNI Tacna’s documentary process that same day, requests that the municipal authority direct the appropriate party to communicate the actions taken for said purposes within a period of no more than three business days.
A comparison was made to the signatures of the members of the special committee in the integration of bases, reception of envelopes and record of the National Registry of Identification and Civil Status (Reniec).
