It all started when Cabrera he consulted Espinoza the reason why the JNJ resolution that incorporated Patricia Benavides as supreme prosecutor was not complied with. The head of the JNJ specified that there was an alleged unanimous agreement with the supreme prosecutors to comply with the decision, but that, even so, a clarification document was presented regarding it. “Why insist on sending letters and resist complying and not conduct yourself accordingly,” he asked. In response, Espinoza asked Cabrera “with all due respect, to have reading comprehension.” Immediately afterwards, he began to read the letter in question. “It says, unanimously in order to comply,” he narrated Delia; however, it was interrupted. “Exactly, in order to comply,” said the head of the JNJ. “No, let me finish,” Espinoza responded.

“In order to comply with article 3 of the JNJ, consider – look – officiating to the JNJ attaching this agreement in order to issue a statement on the effects of the aforementioned article 3,” he read. Then he added: “Gentlemen, they have never answered.”

Immediately afterwards, Cabrera burst in again. “At no time did the JNJ decide not to comply.” “Again, ma’am, I’m telling you,” Delia said. “I’m going to tell you,” he interrupted. Cabrera again. “He’s interrupting me, well, if he’s going to interrupt me,” Espinoza protested.

“No, but to clarify my question… is that… let’s see, answer, answer…”, Cabrera tried to continue. However, counselor Víctor Chanduví had to intervene to pacify the situation. “A favor, for the purposes of holding the hearing, there is a question, an answer, please,” he suggested.
