He stressed that a dialogue in times of peace is not the same as in times of war. “Locals and strangers are amazed at the tranquility that exists in Caracas.”

Rodríguez reported that President Nicolás Maduro is working on a work agenda on the national dialogue.
He clarified that no country in the world has the right to interfere in the affairs of Venezuelans and rejected any kind of interference.
