The NGO asks “complete and verifiable information” about the companies and entities involved, including their participations and selection criteria, and the conditions and characteristics of the contract, with data such as committed production volumes and validity, investment amount, tax obligations, goals, general commercial conditions, logistical responsibilities and destination of exports.

“We request the full publication of the signed contract, including annexes, addenda or modifications or, failing that, express indication of the legal reasons that prevent its total or partial disclosure,” reads the document, where the organization indicates its contact email “to receive the response.”
