44% of children between the ages of 5 and 11 have been vaccinated against Covid-19 from January to date, this represents 297,050 pediatric doses; of them 226,807 in the first dose and 70,243 in the second dose.

According to the report of the Expanded Program on Immunization (EPI) since Monday, March 14, the vaccine has been applied in 1,552 schools in the country. On Monday 21, a new program will begin in other schools.

Epidemiological report

Regarding the positive cases of coronavirus, the Ministry of Health reported that in the last 24 hours there have been 330 confirmed cases and that to date there are 760,735 confirmed accumulated cases. They also detail three deaths and one from a previous date for a cumulative of 8,150 deaths for a lethality of 1.1%.

There are 750,028 recovered people, of which 204 are newly recovered. 6,480 tests were applied for 5.1% positivity.
