APC dismisses general manager after violent attack on woman and supports measure in its internal regulations

APC Corporación reported the dismissal of its general manager, Manuel Enrique Acuña Forno, after he was caught physically attacking a woman in the district of Mirafloresa fact that has been investigated by the competent authorities.

The decision was adopted after an internal evaluation and in accordance with the principles and regulations that govern the conduct of its collaborators, as reported by the company in a statement.

In the images released by Cuarto Poder, Acuña Forno can be seen running after a woman who was walking down a street in the district and without warning he kicked her in the back.

In this regard, the company distanced itself from the executive involved as part of a preventive measure, reiterating its rejection of any form of violence and its commitment to a work environment based on respect and professional ethics.

Regulatory support for the decision

The company supported its actions in its current internal policies, including the Policy for the Prevention of Violence and Promotion of Diversity and Equity, which expressly establishes the rejection of any violent conduct and promotes an environment free of discrimination and aggression. This document is part of the regulatory framework that regulates the actions of all employees, regardless of the position they occupy.
