What cars will not be able to circulate this Friday?
According to him official calendar the restriction will be in force from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and will apply to vehicles with the following characteristics:
-Blue gummed
-9 or 0 plate termination
-Hologram 1 or 2
If your car falls into any of these cases, it is best to leave it at home and opt for alternatives such as public transportation, bicycle, electric motorcycle or ride-sharing services.

What cars are exempt?
They can circulate without restrictions:
-Vehicles with hologram 0 or 00
-Electric or hybrid cars
-Vehicles with hologram 1 or 2, as long as they do not have blue stickers or ending 9 or 0
If your car belongs to one of these groups, you can drive normally.
Will there be a Double Not Circulating Today?
No. For this Friday there is no environmental contingency, so only the usual restriction of the program applies.
