Brianna Genao: 15 days after her disappearance, today the search deadline expires according to protocol; Police will continue operations

Santo Domingo.- Today they are fulfilled 15 days since the girl Brianna Genao disappearedand the National Police assured that the investigations and search efforts will continue uninterrupted, without adhering to the deadlines established by standard protocols.

The spokesperson for the institution, Colonel Diego Pesqueira, stated that “in cases like this there should be no protocol that limits the search; we continue working with the same intensity,” and reiterated that all the institutions involved maintain unified work with the objective of locating the minor.

Pesqueira explained that the search perimeter will be expanded daily, interrogations are intensified, in search of new clues that will allow progress in the investigation.

The National Police emphasized that the details of the proceedings are under the responsibility of the Public Ministry and that only official and verifiable information will be disseminated.

The spokesperson assured that the operation will continue until the minor is found, and that periodic updates will be offered on the progress of the search.
