To achieve this, the Local Government aims to improve accessibility with a strong emphasis on rural roads, one of the aspects that were left pending in the previous period mainly due to a lack of machinery.
“We have been working well, betting a little more on tourism, aiming to find a solution to what we have the most difficulty with in this area, which are the roads. A machine is being rented to improve access, which we believe will be essential when it comes to promoting tourism.” held Juan Nery Dos Santos.

REPAIR ROADS
“We started working on a part, on the blade, which in the previous period of 5 years we managed to get the Municipality machinery to enter at one point” he remembered. “We practically couldn’t go because we didn’t have anything. We tried to leave that section as good as possible, but of course there is always a lot to do” said Dos Santos.

Tourism development and improvements in rural roads are undoubtedly the main challenges of the Municipality for the five-year period.
“This year the Literal B part will be all about fixing the roads to see if we can give it a good push as far as we can to improve a lot. We also have to deal a little with the weather” said Juan Nery Dos Santos.
“I am not afraid of those rains that come unexpectedly, but of those rainfalls that, although scarce, last more than a day. That humidity that remains on the ground is what causes the most havoc” considered. “It maintains the humidity for many days, it softens, and since there is always vehicle passage, damage occurs” he commented.
