As of this Friday the 18th, those interested will have 15 days to present the documentation that supports them as applicants for Ombudsman or Ombudsman. There are a total of 18 requirements that must be met, including mastering two official languages and not having political militancy.
Here are all the requirements:
- Have Bolivian nationality.
- Have reached the age of 30 up to the time of appointment.
- Have completed military service.
- Not having an executed charge sheet pending compliance.
- Not have a conviction in criminal matters.
- Not have a conviction in terms of violence.
- Take an oath not to incur in the cases of prohibition or incompatibility established in paragraphs 1 and 2 of articles 236 and 239 of the Political Constitution of the State.
- Be registered in the electoral roll
- Speak at least two official languages of the country.
- Not having fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity with members of the ALP, with representatives of supra-state organizations or the hierarchical authorities of State bodies.
- Have proven ethical personal integrity.
- Have a recognized track record in defense of human rights.
- Do not have disciplinary or criminal administrative processes for violence against women and children.
- Not have processes for discrimination.
- Not having participated or been involved in acts of military or de facto governments.
- Not having been a leader of political organizations, or a candidate.
- Have no membership.
- Not be or have been appointed to the position of minister, deputy minister or ambassador.

Interested persons must submit their application letter signed and attaching the supporting documentation of the established requirements, and the support of the curriculum vitae or life sheet duly paged in a sealed envelope labeled, indicating full name, identity card, telephone number, address address and email.
The reception will be held from March 18 to April 1, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, in the authorized office of the Mixed Commission of Constitution, Legislation and Electoral System, Palace of the Revolution, Ayacucho Street No. 438 in the city of La Paz.
