About 128 new cases of Covid-19, one death and 463,772 recovered this Wednesday

The Department of Epidemiology of the Ministry of Health (Minsa), reports for this Wednesday 247,813,476 confirmed cases of Covid-19; a total of 5,019,226 deaths for a fatality of 2%.

In Panama there are 473,005 accumulated cases, of which 128 are new cases and a death is reported in the last 24 and, in addition, a previous date is updated for an accumulated 7,320 deaths with a lethality of 1.5%.

In the last 24 hours, 5,119 tests were applied for a percentage of positivity of 2.5%. Today 230 new recovered are added for a total accumulated of 463,772 recovered.

Active cases total 1,913, of which 1,738 are in home isolation and 175 hospitalized. Those in isolation are divided into 1,666 at home and 72 in hotels. There are 145 hospitalized in the ward and 30 in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
