According to the Attorney General’s Office of Nuevo León, he is accused of committing the crime of fraud, because he allegedly put land worth 3 million pesos for sale and entered into the contract, but the property is not in his name.
Meanwhile, the media outlet described the capture of its general director as a “clearly arbitrary operation” and noted that the arrest was made because Castilla Galindo did not appear for a notification order sent by the Public Ministry.
After that, on Saturday afternoon the control judge Luis Eduardo Hernández Meza decided not to link him to proceedings for the alleged crime of fraud.
Vanguardia reported on its website that in a hearing in Nuevo León the judge validated the evidence presented by the defense, specifically the passport of Castilla Galindo, where it is observed that on August 27, 2025, the date on which the agreement for the sale of a property in Saltillo was supposedly made, he was not in Mexico, but in Colombia.
Likewise, the media outlet mentioned that the communicator’s legal defense based its argument on the fact that the complaint filed by an alleged legal advisor was not valid because the alleged victim, Marco Antonio Fuentes Garza, never proved his will, since he did not appear before authority nor is there any record of his identity in the file.
He also assured that the Nuevo León Prosecutor’s Office did not collect any of the five pieces of evidence that make up the investigation folder, since they were all delivered to the authority by the supposed legal advisor.
Meanwhile, the communicator thanked them for the affection they expressed to him. “Thank you all for your support and expressions of affection. This bitter pill is now over. The truth is always above lies and deception,” he wrote on social networks.
Thank you all for your support and expressions of affection. This bitter pill has already passed. The truth always above lies and deception.
