Venezuelans continue in the streets for the release of President Maduro

This Saturday, January 10, Venezuelans remain mobilized in the streets to continue demanding the release of President Nicolás Maduro and the first combatant Cilia Flores, after the attack perpetrated by the United States.

In the state of Sucre, the people will be in permanent mobilization for at least 40 days, a period of time in which they demand the release of President Nicolás Maduro, and the first lady, Cilia Flores, as stated by the governor of the state of Sucre, Jhoanna Carrillo.

From Bolívar Square in the city of Cumaná, Carrillo reiterated that they will not allow any foreigner to govern the nation and urged the people not to fall into provocations or doubt the Bolivarian process.

«I ask for maximum loyalty, this is a battle of bravery, courage and knowing who the true enemy is. We will win this battle, we assume it and, this battle is until we see Nicolás Maduro and Cilia return to their homeland,” said the regional president.

Cojedes ratifies loyalty to Nicolás Maduro and honors the sowing of Ezequiel Zamora

This Saturday, Cojedeños participated in a march that culminated in a large rally on Paseo Zamora, located in San Carlos, Cojedes state, with the purpose of ratifying their loyalty to President Nicolás Maduro, where they also paid honors to the General of the sovereign people, Ezequiel Zamora, in order to commemorate the 166 years of their planting.

At the site, they held a military parade that included the participation of the different components of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB), an event where solemn honors were paid to the Father of the Nation, Simón Bolívar, to the eternal commander of the Bolivarian revolution, Hugo Chávez, and to the national flag.

A large concentration on Avenue 3 in the Barrio Guayana sector of Puerto Ordaz, Bolívar state, brought together the main social movements and organized popular power to demand that the United States release President Nicolás Maduro.

Once gathered, those present mobilized for more than a kilometer, where they held an anti-imperialist forum, where they criticized the Trump administration’s war policy.

The activity was headed by Governor Yulisbeth García, who assured that “the entire government structure remains in absolute union and prepared for the defense of the nation,” while highlighting the support for the acting president Delcy Rodríguez and the execution of the Bolivarian Peace Diplomacy.

Zulianos ask La Chinita for the release of President Maduro

After a march through the central part of Maracaibo, the people of Zulia, accompanied by civil, military and police authorities, marched and offered offerings to the Virgin of Our Lady of Chiquinquirá on Friday, January 9, asking for peace in the country, respect for the sovereignty and the liberation of President Nicolás Maduro and the first lady, Cilia Flores de Maduro, according to an informative report from the State Government.

The march began in Bolívar Square, a space that has served as a permanent anti-imperialist platform since the kidnapping of the head of state, and community members, fishermen, farmers, unionists, and workers in general participated. The mobilization culminated in the small square of the Basilica, where the celebration of the word, the lighting of the paschal sign and the offering to La Chinita took place.

“Zulia has remained vigil since January 3 at 7 in the morning, when we requested proof of life from the United States Government for the kidnapping of President Nicolás Maduro Moros and the demonstrations in the 21 municipalities have not stopped, asking for his release, demanding respect for our sovereignty, rejecting the invasion, paying honors to the fallen, accompanying our president in charge, Delcy Eloína Rodríguez and, of course, working for peace and stability,” declared Governor Luis Caldera who was at the head of the march along with other authorities of the entity.

Guárico mobilized: Two marches, one demand

With a strong participation, the Guariqueño people took to the streets this Saturday in two large mobilizations to demand the immediate release of President Nicolás Maduro and the first combatant Cilia Flores.

Between slogans, flags and banners, the llaneros raised their voices of protest energetically. This popular will was supported by Governor Donald Donaire, who was emphatic in pointing out that the people will not be intimidated by imperial aggression.

Donaire denounced that the interference of the United States seeks to undermine the peace of the country, but assured that the response will always be more organization and more presence in the streets. «We are united as a people and determined. “We will not leave the streets until we achieve the safe return of our heroes,” he said.

In San Juan de los Morros (Juan Germán Roscio municipality), the march concentrated the living forces of the municipalities of Ortiz, San José de Guaribe, Julián Mellado (El Sombrero), Francisco de Miranda (Calabozo) and José Tadeo Monagas (Altagracia de Orituco), filling the main streets and avenues in a display of political and social unity.

Simultaneously, in Valle de la Pascua (Leonardo Infante municipality), the Bolivarian force from the municipalities of Zaraza, Santa María de Ipire, José Félix Ribas (Tucupido), Juan José Rondón (Las Mercedes del Llano), El Socorro and Chaguaramas gathered.
