The Venezuelan government denied this Friday that There are plans for the acting president, Delcy Rodríguez, to travel abroad “soon”thus denying versions that were circulating about it.

Through a message on Telegram, the Minister of Communication and Information, Freddy Ñáñez, declared: “It is not expected that the acting president, Delcy Rodríguez, will make any trip outside the country in the near future. Rumors about a possible trip arose after the Spanish newspaper ABC reported that Rodríguez had requested permission to travel to the United States on Tuesday.
