Altoandina National Autonomous University of Tarma reaches 98% execution in investment expenses

According to the Transparency portal of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF), the National Autonomous University of Tarma (UNAAT) is located in third place nationally in execution of investment expenses, with an outstanding 98%, among the 29 universities with organizing commissions.

As reported by the university, this result corresponds to the simultaneous execution of three works completed 100% during the year 2025, as well as two projects that are currently in their final phase of construction and implementation.

Likewise, UNAAT ranks 12th in spending capacity by all financing sources, with an execution of 94.2% of the budget assigned to investment projects and current expenses, within the group of universities with organizing commissions. At a general level, the university is ranked 28th among the 65 public universities in the country.

Among the works completed 100% in 2025 isn the General Studies Pavilion, the infrastructure of the Sports and Recreational Service (Sports Center), which includes five sports disciplines (basketball, volleyball, futsal, soccer and semi-Olympic swimming pool), as well as the urban walkability work (stairs). Added to this is the equipment of the Faculty of Health Sciences. All these infrastructures have been built on the 15 hectares of the SL03 university campus in Huancucro.
