In fact, Garrido also maintains that the APRA exceeded the 20% percentage allowed to assign the number of candidates as guests.
Likewise, Rafael Carbajal Ibarra requested the JEE his inclusion in position 28, as well as Edgar Cordero Marichini, who obtained position 19 after obtaining 123 votes in the internal elections. However, it requested the electoral body to rectify the information recorded and assign it location 28.
For his part, Walter Espíritu Pizarro also filed a complaint with the JEE. He indicated that, after the internal elections, he was placed in 20th place, but that the structuring of the parity and alternation rules put him in the position of number 32.
