THE TV Brasil revisit this Saturday (3), at zero hour, the unprecedented show Gal 80in a themed edition of Cena Musical, in the last program of the season.
Exclusive, the show excites with the presence of several artists. The special recorded on September 26, 2025, the birthday of Bahian diva Gal Costa, at Concha Acústica at Teatro Castro Alves, in Salvador, pays homage to the singer and songwriter who passed away in November 2022, aged 77. The star would have turned 80 at the time.
With a repertoire of classics from the trajectory of the Muse of Tropicália, the tribute features hits such as Baby, Barato Total, Brasil, Canta Brasil, Divino Maravilhoso, Folhetim, Força Estranha, Nada mais (Lately) and “Vaca Profana”, among other hits.

Actress Sophie Charlotte, who played the role of the singer and songwriter in the feature film “Meu Nome é Gal” (2023), is one of the guests to participate in the performance on stage. The production also brings together guests such as Aiace, Angela Velloso, Clariana, Claudia Cunha, Emanuelle Araújo, Lazzo Matumbi, Luíza Britto, Márcia Short, Simoninha and Walerie Gondim.
Under the baton of maestro Carlos Prazeres and artistic direction of Manno Góes, the concert by the Bahia Symphony Orchestra is a true celebration of the life and work of the honoree.
The attraction was recorded by TVE Bahia, a partner broadcaster that is part of the National Public Communication Network (RNCP), led by Empresa Brasil de Comunicação (EBC), which manages TV Brasil.
Presented by singer and journalist Bia Aparecida, the Cena Musical program ends the season with this tribute to Gal Costa. The production shown by TV Brasil resumes the new editions of the shows recorded exclusively at Espaço Cultural BNDES, in Rio de Janeiro, in the first half of 2026.
