Petro mentioned the fact in a message published in xin which he addressed issues of drug traffickingthe guerrilla of ELN and the US attacks in the Caribbean.
“He missile that fell in Alta Guajira does not do the same damage to cocaine production as crop substitution and the legal trade between our countries,” said the president.
The Alta Guajiralocated in the Venezuelan state of Zuliain the border with Colombiais inhabited mainly by indigenous people Wayúu.
