The alleged murderer of Kelly Sorany Echeverry turned himself in in Anorí, authorities confirmed a femicide that occurred in the middle of a fight.

Ferney Esteban Marín Blandón20 years old, surrendered to the authorities in the municipality of Anori, Antioquiaafter being identified as the person allegedly responsible for the murder of Kelly Sorany Echeverry25 years old. According to the official report, the young man arrived of his own free will at the local police station stating that he feared for his lifesince relatives of the victim would be looking for him to retaliate.

“A problem arose due to the consumption of liquor that left a woman murdered. The perpetrator surrendered, was presented before a judge and placed under security measures in a prison,” the officer explained.
