“These criticisms that arise from the former President of CODICEN do not have foundations based on data nor rational foundations” he said Professor Luis Fratti.
“For example, he refers to cuts in hours in the different Teacher Training Institutes in the region, but we must see that there were Teachers who were receiving a salary of $200,000 per month and who had reached those positions without competitive examinations and merit.
