Public transportation in Ibagué will have a new fare increase from January 2026.
Authorities in the city of Ibagué announced an increase close to 13% in the value of the ticket municipal collective public transport bus typeadjustment that occurs after modifying the minimum wage for next year.
In practical terms, the increase is approximately $400 and is the result of a consultation table with representatives of the transport union. Under this scenario, a differential rate for citizens who use the service Monday to Saturday and holidays.
