After this result, Peixe is in 3rd position in Group D with 11 points, the same score and position as Ferroviária, but in Group B.
The first half of the match started very busy, with Santos having two goals disallowed before opening the scoring in the 27th minute, when Lucas Braga hit the exit of the opposing goalkeeper after receiving from Marcos Leonardo. However, five minutes later the Railway left everything the same with Hygor.
After the goal, the home team improved in the confrontation and reached the second, thanks to Thomaz in a kick from the edge of the area. However, Peixe managed to equalize before the break with Marcos Leonardo.
However, the biggest emotions were left for the final stretch of the second half. At 45, Bruno Mezenga put Ferroviária ahead with a goal from a penalty kick. However, two minutes later Léo Baptistão scored to give final numbers to the confrontation.
