Salaries will increase in the public sector

Starting January 1 of next year, various workers in the public sector They will receive an increase in their salary, after the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) approved the monthly increase for servers.

In this way, through supreme decree 327-2025-EF, an increase of S/53 was established for servants, managers and officials who work under the regimes of legislative decree 728 of the national government and regional governments, as well as for those of the Civil Service Law.

The rule also establishes an increase of S/100 for those who work under Law 29709, Law of the Special Public Penitentiary Career, and legislative decree 1057, which regulates the special regime for administrative contracting of services (CAS).

On the other hand, supreme decree 325-2025-EF was also published, which authorizes the monthly increase of S/100 for servants, directors and officials of legislative decree 728 of local governments.

Meanwhile, through DS 326-2025-EF, the concept of Centralized Collective Bargaining 2025-2026 was approved, which includes a monthly increase of S/100 for administrative servants subject to legislative decree 276 belonging to the official, professional, technical and auxiliary occupational group of local governments and their decentralized public organizations.
