The Mayor’s Office of Chacao announced the temporary closure of Francisco de Miranda Avenue, at the height of Plaza Francia in Altamira, from 8:00 pm on Tuesday, December 30 to 6:00 am on Thursday, January 1, 2026. The measure responds to the logistical preparations for the free year-end event that will be held in that emblematic public space.
The main activity will take place on Wednesday, December 31, starting at 7:00 pm, and will feature the participation of renowned musical groups such as La Billo’s Caracas Boys, Afro Criollo and Sinamaica la Gaita. The event seeks to bring together neighbors and visitors in a night of celebration to welcome the new year with joy and tradition.
