He Pachuca of Mexican soccer announced this Monday the return of the Venezuelan Salomon Rondon as a hero who will reinforce the team in the Clausura 2026 tournament that starts next January.
“The king returns. We welcome the hero who had the courage to return. Salomon Rondon“said the team in an old west style video with which they welcomed the forward.
Rondona 36-year-old veteran, returns to Mexican soccer after wearing the jersey of the Real Oviedo Spanish, a team that is part of the Pachuca Group, which also owns the Tuzos.
At Oviedo, to which he was loaned for the 2025-2026 season, Rondón scored two goals and showed leadership as captain, which was recognized by some young people on the team.
Salomón Rondón experienced one of the best stages of his career in his first stage with Pachuca in the 2024 season.

He started his career in 2006-2007 with Aragua in his country, where he stood out as a scorer that catapulted him to Europe, where he played in Spain for Las Palmas and Málaga.
