Changes in food service, building improvements were made and in the daily menu
With a high commitment from municipal officials, the General Directorate of Social and Economic Development of the Departmental Government introduced substantial changes in the food service.
The improvements have pointed to a building refurbishment of the dining rooms and picnic areas, but also to the menu that is served daily from Monday to Saturday.
“In the Food Area, Ana Vanoli has implemented a work methodology in the dining rooms that facilitates management for the next day. Her work together with each of the officials makes the task much easier, more agile, which results in the quality of customer service” stood out Federico Perdomo.
“Before, the plate of food began to be served after 12, often around 1:00 p.m., now, with a different way of working and with a lot of planning, at 11:00 a.m. everything is prepared and distribution is ready to begin.” he assured. “That speaks of teamwork that makes one calmer. This is the case in all areas, which makes us satisfied and committed to the task” said the General Director of Social and Economic Development of the Municipality.
Perdomo commented to THE PROFESSIONAL Radio that when the new authorities of the Departmental Government took office, they found building conditions in the dining rooms that were not adequate. “To reverse that there was a great job by Nicolás Gramajo –Director of Works- with his entire team, with each of the officials, to quickly recondition them so that the Food Area officials who work in those premises and therefore the service, attention and quality of what is provided for users is much better” held.
