For this, the train had a denial box like airplanes, there comes a lot of information, that is already in the chain of custody in the FGR so that it can be analyzed,” he expressed.

He commented that if there are people responsible for this accident, it will be “justice” that will lead to clarification.
In addition, there is the Railway Transport Regulatory Agency, headed by Andrés Lajous, which as a rule must carry out a review of what happened this Sunday, December 28.
And the third is guarantee that the Interoceanic Train is in condition to operate again, so the Secretary of the Navy and the Rail Transport Regulatory Agency must review the route of this transport.
Likewise, the president defended the construction of this Train, stating that it was carried out with all the technical requirements, which is why it has safety certificates.
“In this case there is a vehicle that goes ahead every day before the locomotives start operating to certify that the tracks are good and this vehicle reported that the tracks were good,” he explained.
Who are the injured?
The Secretary of the Navy reported this Sunday that a train car in which nine crew members and 241 passengers were traveling, aboard two locomotives and four passenger cars, suffered a “derailment of the main engine.”
For this reason, 33 of the injured were transferred to the Matías Romero Rural Hospital due to its proximity to the accident site, of which 14 were discharged due to improvement and four remain hospitalized.
