He Special Electoral Jury (JEE) of Lima Centro 1 declared inadmissible the presidential plans of 18 political parties with a view to the General Elections 2026. Among the observed groupings are Country Advances, Free Peru, APRAPopular Cooperation and Yes I Believe, among others.
According to the electoral body, the main reason for this decision is that political organizations do not fully present the information required for the registration process. In this context, the parties have a period of two calendar days to correct the observations made. Meanwhile, those organizations that have already submitted the corrected documentation must wait for the pronouncement of the JEE on the admission of their candidacies.

Elections 2026: JEE declared 18 presidential plates inadmissible
The first party whose presidential plan was observed was Country Advances because the group did not record the resignations of the former presidential candidate in writing Phillip Butters and the congresswoman Karol Paredes to the old presidential formula. Likewise, the current candidate José Williams failed to include the position for which he is applying in his sworn declaration of consent to participate in the elections.

The party delivered the required documentation and is awaiting the evaluation and ruling of the JEE.
Regarding the match Green Democratthe JEE warned that in the sworn declaration of consent to participate in the 2026 General Elections, the candidates Alex Gonzales Castillo, Maritza Del Carmen Rosario Milagros Sánchez Perales and Félix Medardo Murazzo Carrillo, did not mark the consent option regarding their participation as members of the formula. Therefore, it was ordered to remedy this gap. On December 24 at 4 in the afternoon the observations were made.

Furthermore, he did not check the consent option regarding his candidacy in the formula and entered the previous date on the resume.

In Democratic Integritythe JEE warned that in the case of Wolfgang Grozo, the party has not specified whether the candidate is active or retired from law enforcement. Furthermore, the name of the organization does not appear on the file, as in the case of Willington Prada.
The party has already sent the defenses to the JEE and is waiting for the decision to move on to the deletion period.
In it PRINcandidate Walter Chirinos placed a date on his affidavit of consent prior to confirmation of his resume. Likewise, Julio Vega did not mark the consent option regarding his participation as a candidate of the formula and the one he is running for, while Mayra Vargas did not mark the option of consent to participate as a candidate.
The political organization sent the corrected documents and is awaiting the JEE’s decision.
