Police officials from the San Francisco municipality arrested Nelson Javier Báez Linares in the El Manzanillo sector, charged with the crimes of physical assault, disruption of public order and insulting the official. The procedure occurred after an alert from the Police Operations Center, which reported an individual causing disturbances and threats against family members and neighbors.
Upon arriving at the scene, the officers found that Báez Linares was maintaining hostile behavior, verbally and physically attacking those present and the officials. The detainee was transferred to a health center for medical evaluation and later to the Polisur Preventive Shelter Center, remaining at the disposal of the Public Ministry.
In another procedure, members of the Bolivarian Police Corps of the Zulia state, assigned to the K-nino Patrol Center, responded to a call for family violence in the La Ensenada sector, Chiquinquirá parish.
Jorge Armando Chourio (47), Jorge Armando Chourio Gutiérrez (19) and Marlon Javier Paz Chourio (23) were arrested at the site, who physically attacked two men in their family during an internal conflict.
