Data provided by RD Vial indicate that between December 20 and 27, a total of 2,366,699 vehicles circulated through the country’s tolls, which represents an increase of 452,778 units compared to the same previous period, almost doubling the figure registered during the 2023 Christmas celebrations.
According to the organization, at Christmas 2023 they mobilized 1,581,610 vehicleswhile on the same number of days in December of the following year the traffic amounted to 1,913,921 unitsreflecting a year-on-year growth of 24% in the vehicular flow between December 20 and 27.
