In the Chacao municipality, (Miranda), officials from the Financial Crimes Investigations Division of the Cicpc arrested Luis Alexis Roa, 45 years old, for the crime of fraud.
The man, using his position as captain supervisor of a commercial establishment located in Chacao, provided clients with personal banking information to receive payments for consumption made at the premises, obtaining an economic benefit to the detriment of his victims.
In this case, the Cicpc continues with the investigations to locate and arrest another worker, who worked as a waiter and applied the same modus operandi.
The detainee was placed under the orders of the 35th Prosecutor’s Office of the Public Ministry of the Metropolitan Area of Caracas.
