In a tour – without specifying the date – that she took with Governor Delfina Gómez, the president detailed the activities and sports facilities that exist in the place and invited people to use them.

“It is an extraordinary place,” said Sheinbaum about the project carried out by architect Iñaki Echeverría, who turned the area into a natural and cultural space.
The park, which is 41.1 times the size of Central Park, is divided into several areas. In addition, it is part of a water conservation effort in the area.
Of the total space, 4,800 hectares are for public use.
