Federal Supreme Court (STF) minister Alexandre de Moraes scheduled custody hearings for this Saturday (27) for ten people convicted of the coup plot who were subject to house arrest warrants issued by the minister himself this morning.
The hearings will be led by assistant judge Luciana Yuki Fugishita Sorrentino, magistrate in Alexandre de Moraes’ office. The interviews will be via videoconference.
This Saturday morning, Moraes ordered house arrest of the condemned. The list is made up of seven Army soldiers, a Federal Police delegate, the president of the Instituto Voto Legal, Carlos Cesar Moretzsohn Rocha, and Filipe Martins, former international affairs advisor to former president Jair Bolsonaro.
They are all defendants in Units 2, 3 and 4 of the coup d’état action and were convicted by the Court, but are free to appeal.
