One of the agreements was the signing of the memorandum of understanding between the Department of Continuing and Higher Education, Innovation and Science and Icetex, which will strengthen the binational agenda in education and training.
“This agreement will open opportunities for more Colombian students in Irish territory, but we also hope that it will allow us to have exchanges so that more Irish citizens are in our country and can contribute to one of the great objectives: bilingualism.”, Duke said at a press conference.
