It is important to indicate that said entry into force takes place once the Law is published in the Official Gazette.
“At Icetex we have deployed various strategies in recent months that have allowed many of our users with difficulties to reach agreements that today have generated benefits for them. With the entry into force of this Law, these benefits have a positive impact, and for them we have all our channels of attention to listen to them and accompany them in their request ”, said the president of the entity, Manuel Acevedo.
With this measure, the elimination of the negative report will be given when the payment made by the user has been received in Icetex. When this happens, the entity registers this news and communicates it immediately to the financial information centers (data banks). With this positive report, said centrals will process it in accordance with their established procedures so that negative information disappears from the system.

Also, it is necessary to point out that users who at the end of February 2020 had a negative report in the data banks for presenting a default in the payment of their credit and that to date they have not been updated, they keep that report on their record.
