A learned judge sentenced Nathalia Carolina Vargas Salcedo for the crime of aggravated homicideafter evaluating the evidence presented by the Attorney General’s Office.

The decision was adopted in Medellín and constitutes a message of firmness against violent crimes.

According to the investigation carried out by a prosecutor from the Crimes Against Life Unit of the Medellín Section, the events occurred between the night of December 22 and the early morning of December 23, 2024, when the victim, a 37-year-old Ecuadorian citizen, contacted the now convicted woman through a social network.
