MADRID, Spain.- The feminist platform Tense Wings activated a citizen alert this December 23 for the disappearance of Kyramy Kissy Montenegro Rodríguez, a 20-year-old Cuban woman reported absent since December 15, 2025 in Havana.
The initial complaint was made by her mother, Dilcell Rodríguez Torres, who warned on social networks about her daughter’s absence for several days. In his publication, he explained that the young woman left the home around 11:00 in the morning and did not return. A complaint was filed with the authorities and the mother requested citizen support to obtain any information that would allow her to be located.
Subsequently, the alert was expanded by activists and users on social networks, who identified the young woman as Kyramy Kissy Montenegro Rodríguez, known to family and friends as “Kira.” According to these reports, a neighbor claimed to have last seen her in the capital’s Parque de la Fraternidad.
According to the information disseminatedthe young woman resides in the Arroyo Naranjo municipality. She is approximately 5’6″, weighs about 160 pounds, has brown eyes, and was wearing false braids at the time of her disappearance. She was wearing a black dress and white New Balance sneakers. He also has several visible tattoos, including one in the center of his back, another on his left arm with the name “Kylian” and one on his hand with the number “1981.”
Relatives indicated that Kyramy does not take medication and that he did not carry a mobile phone, since it was broken. The official complaint was presented to the Police on December 20, under number 91284, without public results of the investigation having been reported so far.
