Page Six obtained exclusive screenshots of the Instagram feed through a former acquaintance of the defendant. In addition to the photograph taken in Cuba, the media published other old images that are part of Reiner’s personal archive on the social network.

The reappearance of this material coincides with the progress of the judicial process against Nick Reiner, arrested in Los Angeles after the violent death of his parents, Rob Reiner and Michele Singer Reiner, who were found dead last Sunday in their Brentwood residence. The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s Office determined that both died from multiple stab wounds, and the case was officially classified as a homicide.

Nick Reiner, 32, appeared before a judge in Los Angeles Superior Court this week, where he waived his right to a speedy appearance. His formal arraignment is scheduled for January 2026, while he remains detained without bail. The Prosecutor’s Office has pointed out the existence of special circumstances, including the use of a deadly weapon and the presence of multiple victims, which could lead to a sentence of life imprisonment without parole if found guilty, and even the death penalty.

At the moment, the authorities have not made public the possible motives for the crime, and the investigation remains open.
