According to the DownDetector site, the reports continue with 60% accessing the mobile application, 31% already when browsing the Banamex app app and 9% when logging in.
Although the failures were recorded throughout the country, the areas with the highest number of reports were Mexico City, Jalisco, Nuevo León and Yucatán, among other states of the Republic.
Users complain through Banamex’s social networks, so the banking institution responds that it is working to resolve them.
“We have a general intermittency in our system, our team is working to solve it as soon as possible, but unfortunately at this time I cannot provide you with the service, please try again later,” responds to users in 𝕏.
