They commemorate 195 years of the sowing of El Libertador Simón Bolívar

National Government authorities attended the National Pantheon, located in Caracas, very early to commemorate the 195 years of the passage into eternity of the Liberator and Father of the Country, Simón Bolívar.

The event began with the delivery of the flag by the Minister for the Social Work Process, Eduardo Piñate, to the auxiliary ensign of the Military Academy of the Bolivarian National Guard, Alán José González Morles, who, together with the cadets of the Bolivarian Military Academy, had the responsibility of carrying it to the flagpole where it was raised with the intonation of the notes of the National Anthem.

Also present at this event broadcast by the state channel Venezolana de Televisión (VTV), were the mayor of Caracas, Carmen Meléndez; the Minister for the Penitentiary Service, Julio García Zerpa; the Minister for Ecological Mining Development, Héctor Silva; the Minister for Indigenous Peoples, Clara Vidal; the Minister for Youth, Sergio Lottartaro; and the Minister of University Education, Ricardo Sánchez, who signed the act in the context of the commemoration of the 195th anniversary of the passage to immortality of the Liberator and Father of the Country, Simón Bolívar.

It should be remembered that The Liberator died at the age of 47, on December 17, 1830, at the Quinta San Pedro Alejandrino, in Santa Marta, Colombia.

His ideals and legacies remain valid in history, being a man of freedoms, unity and sovereignty.

Bolívar is the living symbol that today more than ever is framed in the memory of each generation and the revolutionary process that Venezuela is experiencing.
