What cars can’t circulate today?

Will there be a Double Not Circulating Today?
No. This Wednesday the Double Hoy No Circula is not activated, since there is no environmental contingency in the Valley of Mexico. The program operates as usual.

Hoy No Circula applies to:
Mexico City
-The 16 municipalities
State of Mexico
In the following 18 municipalities:
-Atizapán de Zaragoza
-Coacalco
-Cuautitlán
-Cuautitlán Izcalli
-Chalco
-Chimalhuacan
-Chicoloapan
-Ecatepec
-Huixquilucan
-Ixtapaluca
-La Paz
-Naucalpan

In addition, from July 1, 2025, the program also applies in Toluca and Santiago Tianguistenco, from Monday to Saturday, for vehicles with holograms 1 and 2. In these areas, fines will begin to be collected from January 1, 2026.

Driving on a restricted day can cost you between 20 and 30 UMA, which is equivalent to between 2,262 and 3,394 pesos, depending on the authority that lifts the violation.
