The head of the Secretariat of Security and Citizen Protection (SSPC), Omar García Harfuch, ruled out yesterday that the Morenoist federal deputy Pedro Haces Barba and the organization he leads, the Autonomous Confederation of Workers and Employees of Mexico (Catem), be investigated for his alleged relationship with Édgar Rodríguez, alias The Lemons, alleged head of the criminal cell The Cabrerasarrested last Thursday.
