Once again, the Complaints and Denunciations Commission of the National Electoral Institute ordered the Presidency of the Republic to remove from its social networks the content of the morning conference on March 7, during which the Secretary of Agriculture, Víctor Manuel Villalobos, and the director of Petróleos Mexicanos, Octavio Romero Oropeza, highlighted the government’s achievements in the period prohibited by the electoral ban due to the mandate revocation process.

When granting the precautionary measures requested by the PRI and the PAN, the councilors considered them unanimously appropriate. In this context, Claudia Zavala criticized the recurring violations of the law and the Constitution by public servants: It cannot be that in a democracy those who protested to comply with the Constitution do not submit to the Constitution. It is something very dangerous in democracy, we may not agree on decisions and laws, but when they are in force they are fulfilled. We are forced to.

He stressed that all the precautionary measures that the commission has issued have been confirmed by the superior chamber of the Electoral Tribunal of the Judicial Power of the Federation, by ratifying the violation of the laws. However, behaviors have been repeated not out of ignorance, but with full knowledge, there has been the reiteration of behaviors that violate the law.

Counselor Adriana Favela agreed in criticizing the violations of the legislation, since the complaints in which the INE has approved precautionary measures for complaints involving the President, governors and senators who support the Fourth Transformation, resolutions are issued that order compliance with the restrictions contained in the law and the Constitution.

During the process of revocation of the mandate, referred to the counselor Ciro Murayama, 13 precautionary measures have already been issued for violations of current legislation by public servants. These actions are precautionary so that the mandate revocation process is not affected and there is irreparable damage because there may be an impact on the credibility and legality of the process by public servants.
