The detainees were identified as Soreidys Quiroz, Isabel Sanz, Érica Parra and Johana Prieto, who leaked information illegally.
The Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab, reported that the Public Ministry (MP) charged former officials of this organization for allegedly committing the crimes of delay or intentional omission of functions.
Through the Instagram account of the Public Ministry, it is highlighted that “these former officials took actions contrary to their positions, because they maintained direct communication with the now criminal Analy González, a lawyer, who demanded large amounts of money from the parties involved, in order to favor them in the investigations.”
The defendants were identified as Soreidys Quiroz, Isabel Sanz, Érica Parra and Johana Prieto (MP Zulia), who provided information to the aforementioned lawyer, about “the different criminal cases, carried out in different tax offices in the jurisdiction.”
In the publication, it is highlighted that the Public Ministry, under the management of Tarek William Saab, “has carried out a relentless fight against Corruption, purging in an exemplary manner our institution responsible for criminal action in Venezuela.”
