The new product seeks to offer greater accessibility and profitability to customers, by providing a tiered interest rate of up to 1.50%, and 1.70% for users affiliated with the Qik Pro ecosystem, as reported by the entity in a press release.
He reported that the dollar account is now available for request through the Qik mobile application, available in the App Store and Google Play stores.
As part of the news, Qik also enabled the Instant Payments of the Central Bank of the Dominican Republic (BCRD) for accounts in pesos and dollarswhich allow users to carry out interbank transactions in a matter of minutes.

During December, transfers made from the Qik account in dollars, through BCRD Instant Payments, will be free. Starting in January, all qikers who transfer from their account in dollars will receive one instant payment per month free of charge, while pro qikers will enjoy two.
