They approve by insistence PL that establishes procedures to appoint positions of trust
The Constitution and Regulation Commission approved by insistence, with 9 votes in favor and 6 against, the opinion that establishes the procedures for the appointment of ministers and deputy ministers of State, and powers of the Council of Ministers. The Executive had observed this initiative considering that it does not meet the “reasonableness test”, since it lacks the principle of suitability, necessity and proportionality.
“Regarding the observation of the text of the autograph of the law by which Law 29158, Organic Law of the Executive Power, is modified, with the purpose of establishing procedures for the appointment of ministers and deputy ministers, and attributions of the Council of Ministers, it must be seen by the Plenary, under the insistence procedure”, can be read in the document.
